Commander Anastasia Shepard has just defeated Sovereign and now has a new enemy. The collectors. She is brought back from the dead by Cerberus- a pro human group -she is given a new ship and a new crew and a few old friends. Will she be able to convince her friends that she is the same woman she was just two years ago?

Post destroy, Shepard and Garrus have to begin a new life... From scratch. (Not related to mass effect relays, this is not a prequel) After destroying the reapers, Shepard wakes up in a hospital room, where she recovered from her injuries, only to discover: 1.she's suffering from partial amnesia and 2. the world she saved is still as broken as she is: stranded aliens, the council based on earth and one of her friends possibly plotting to betray her. When Garrus Vakarian, Commander of the SSV Normandy, finds a distress signal in London, Old Earth, he realizes that there might be a chance that there are survivors. Instead, he finds rogue synths, crazed humans, and a creature like none other, and someone he thought he'd never see again..

Takes place immediately after the events of Mass Effect 3. Synthesis ending. Femshep. Shakarian. I am not a pro. I have never written anything for the public before. I finished the series for the 800th time, and, as usual, was disappointed with the ending, and the only way to get the possibilities to stop bouncing around my head was to give them life. I am only posting them here in hopes it can quelm the disappointment in like-minded fans. I have no rights to bioware's characters or the universe they live in. Nor the cover art, which I snagged from Google.

Shepard hasn't been around to talk and interrupt Garrus calibrations: something must be wrong with the commander, and he'll try to figure out what. What to expect: feels and funny moments. this story is a one-shot. It's complete. Ship is: Shakarian.

Marlow Shepard was dead to Garrus and the remaining crew of the SR-1 for two whole years. They didn't know that in those two years, Cerberus had slapped her on some cement and begun the Lazarus Project. During that time, Garrus realizes just how much the commander had meant to him, and seeing her alive and kicking evokes some very strange emotion that he'd never truly experienced before. (End game pairing is Shakarian, mentions of Shelenko and Shrios) Marlow Shepard is an infiltrator and spacer child (grew up on ships). Is a paragade (paragon/renegade).

376 years after the battle between heaven and earth. Two humans have achieved godhood. Using their power to guide humanity to the stars. How will the galaxy react to see a species so advanced yet so primitive? So powerful yet not wanting to use their power. They are what the citadel race aspires to be and hates because of their jealousy.
