After a failed attempt to steal the gold dolphin, Wolf comes up with a plan to be good guys so they can stay bad guys. Now, the Bad Guys will learn to be good guys all while planning to steal the golden dolphin for real.

It's been about a year since the Bad Guys and Zeke had gone good, but they've been really down in their luck. No one will give them jobs, but what makes it all worse is that they're captured by a group calling themselves the Bad Girls.
