Like other cliché story about what if kaori survived the surgery,this story will go on the same direction.But as we know,her operation only prolonged her lifespan not cure the disease.But at least it'll give some time before the cure hopefully discovered.How Kousei will react that Kaori liked him and want to date him but knowing the fact that she probably will have short time to be with him?How will Tsubaki and Watari react to it?

This story is based off of the anime, Your Lie in April, but from Kaori's perspective. A girl named Kaori is suffering from an illness while being in love with a boy that has had some serious trauma in his life. The characters and story line of this story belong to Naoshi Arakawa.
