I loved him enough to break him. They said he was born to be a villain- but i saw the truth: he simply loved to deeply. I crossed to his world to save him from a fate written in ink... even if it meant becoming the one he feared and hated the most. I though my death would finally set him free. But i never imagined CHARACTERS 1. Lin Ze / MC (The Transmigrator) - Personality: Calm, intelligent, patient, and deeply empathetic. In the beginning, he acts like an observer trying to "fix" the plot, but slowly loses himself in genuine love. He is willing to be hated, to be the villain in the story, just to ensure the other's survival and happiness. ​ - Motivation: Initially, to save the villain from his tragic end. Eventually, to be loved by him, even if only for a moment. 2. Lu Shen / Villain - Personality: Cold, arrogant, powerful, and emotionally starved. He was born into a cruel world and learned to trust no one. He is destined to fall madly in love with the "Protagonist" who will eventually betray and destroy him. He is possessive and intense when he finally cares. ​ - Conflict: He believes love is weakness and tools are meant to be used. He struggles to understand why Lin Ze acts the way he does. 3. Ye Bai / The Original Protagonist - Personality: Gentle-looking, charismatic, but ultimately self-centered. The "Shou" of the original novel who is loved by everyone. He represents the "Fate" that Lin Ze is trying to fight against.
