After getting expelled from her old school in Australia, Nikita is sent to England, where she stays at Anubis household. Things aren't off to a good start with some of her housemates. First all she is rooming with Patricia, which doesn't sit well with Joy. Also she has caught the eye of none other than the trouble maker Jerome Clarke. But that's nothing compared to what she is hiding. Her biggest secret. The one which got her expelled. She is a descendant of Tefnut, one of the Egyptian gods of Fire and Basten, the Goddess of Cats. How will the rest of her housemates react when they find out? As if that isn't bad enough, she is being hunted for her power. Will she be able to escape her past and be free of those hunting her?

The students are on summer break but they're spending it at the school to get ready for their final year at boarding school. What is in store for them? More mysteries? Drama? Romance?
