After being captured by Genovesan assassins, Lynn meets up with the one person she has longed for her whole life, though it doesn't turn out to be what she expected. She is forced to teach the assassins a few tricks of the rangers, in hope it could earn her freedom, but nothing will work. Meanwhile, MJ is working tirelessly to try to retrieve his beloved apprentice. With the help of his brother, the hounds, and Will Treaty, they go on the hunt to find Lynn and return her back into the safety of Skandia. Join the hunt for Lynn and see what becomes of her when she is faced with the hardests trials of her young life. What happens when the one person that can save her is forbidden to help? Emmy wants to help, but will her uncle let her, or will she need to escape the prison he has set for her? And can this simple rescue mission, turn into the downfall of Hallasholm?

Halt was banished, and that led to a lot of bad things beginning to happen, starting with Foldar, Crowley, Horace and Gilan.

It's the third installment of Ranger's Apprentice, and the crew is back for another round! (Also, I don't exactly know who all knew about Will's warmweed, so I just had Halt, Horace, Evanlyn, and Alyss know about it).

Lilliana, or Lily, grew up as a ward in Redmont Castle after she decided to run away from her parents, to running away from abusive village people. The only other person who she understands and has things in common with is Will, a boy who has lived in the ward his whole life. The two train under Halt and feelings soon feelings arise between them. But here's the catch, not everything is like a fairy tale. Problems and decisions from the past come back to haunt Lily, especially ones from the place where she was born, Skandia. Will and Lily face off enemy's and grow to love being a ranger (in correct terms, Will learns). But will Lily stay forever a Ranger or not when something she never would have thought were to happen does? Will she choose the life of a ranger with Will or not? ©2015-2016

Amber has known nothing but pain and suffering ever since her parents died. Taken from a child abuse camp by Lord Morgarath, she soon understands that the life she is to live under his shelter wasn't much better than the one she had escaped from. Determined however to prove her loyalty and gratitude to him, she agrees to going on a mission to kill one of the greatest heroes in Araluen, the famous Ranger Halt. When she finds Halt and his apprentice Will however, she realises that they are nothing like what Moragarth had made them out to be. When she begins to feel love and a sense of belonging for the first time, will Amber be able to continue with her mission and take the life of those who she has begun to care so deeply for? What will happen to the trust they placed on her and the kindness they showed when her true intentions are revealed? Will Amber give in to her conscience and join their side or will she yet again lose another family?

Disclaimer: The first parts of this story are not up to par with my later writing and are a little "rough". The reason I have decided against editing them is quite simple, it is a reminder of where I began. So feel free to cringe at those parts, and I hope you enjoy the latter ones. After a failed mission Lydia gets poisoned. With time running out, the crew sets off to find a cure, but will they be in time to save Lydia? Meanwhile, the poison brings back old memories from Lydia as a little girl, her parents and grandparents. Will the Herons find out more about her past? And who did this to Lydia? Meet Willy, a small half Araluen half Skandian boy who didn't get along with anyone, including his older brother. He was a thief, and a good one at that. Anybody who talked to the small boy would find their purse lighter or their valuables gone after he was gone. He was a trouble maker. Unlike his older brother MJ. MJ was proud that he would be leaving Skandia on his birthday to become an apprentice ranger. Apprenticed to his grandfather, he would learn the rangers ways and fight crime throughout the kingdom. MJ thought once he left his annoying brother behind, he would forget their disagreements, but he was wrong. Now he must save his younger brother from the trouble he has gotten himself into, without even knowing it was Willy that was in the middle of it all. Will MJ forgive his brothers mistakes, or block him out forever? Join the brothers on their quest to find friendship with each other and meet new friends along the way.

~This story is obviously a Ranger's Apprentice fanfic. It takes place before book eleven. (There are also a few relationship changes; Cassandra and Horace are in love, but aren't married. Also, Jenny and Gilan are not together.) When the special task force of Halt, Will, and Horace are on a mission to Skandia with the Crown Princess Cassandra, (a.k.a. Evanlyn) to renew the treaty between Skandia and Araluen, they are ambushed on the way back by pirates, and Cassandra is taken prisoner. The Skandians are completely unprepared for another group of raiders both skilled in fighting and sailing, that have ships even larger than the Skandian's wolfships. The pirates' nationality is unheard of by both Skandia and Araluen, so a quest is sent out to not only rescue Cassandra, but also discover more about the strange men and their country. Along the way, everyone's favorite heroes, Will, Halt, and Horace, team up with old faces, like the Heron brotherband and Emperor Shigeru, and they also meet new characters, both friend and foe.
