Nani never imagined that marrying Sky would mean stepping into a life where love and hatred were impossible to separate.
Sky was the kind of man people feared without needing an explanation-cold, ruthless, unpredictable, and far too comfortable with the darker parts of himself.
He didn't know how to love normally, and Nani learned that the hard way.
With Sky, affection came tangled with jealousy, arguments, possessiveness, and an obsession that refused to stay hidden.
What began with resentment slowly became something neither of them knew how to control.
Nani hated the way Sky could get under his skin, hated how easily one look from him could ruin his mood, and hated even more that his heart never seemed to listen when his mind screamed to stay away.
Sky, meanwhile, became dangerously attached to the one person who never treated him like a monster worth fearing.
Nani challenged him, fought with him, insulted him, walked away from him-and somehow always found his way back.
Their relationship was messy, toxic, ridiculous, and at times painfully dark.
There were no perfect promises or soft fairytales waiting for them.
There were mistakes, jealousy, broken trust, possessive tempers, stupid arguments, stolen kisses, and two stubborn idiots who refused to admit how deeply they had fallen. Somewhere between all the chaos, Sky began to realize that keeping Nani wasn't the same as being loved by him.
Because obsession could make you hold someone tighter.
But love?
Love had to make them choose to stay.
And perhaps that was the most dangerous thing Sky ever learned-that after everything they had done to each other, Nani still had the freedom to walk away.
And he still chose to stay.
Their story was never meant to be sweet.
It was meant to be dark, complicated, a little fucked up, and entirely theirs.
"You keep calling me dangerous like you aren't the one who keeps walking closer."
