Elza has always believed that hard work is enough to change her life. Coming from a poor family, she enters college with one dream-to graduate at the top and give her mother the life she deserves. Sharing a hostel room with Ayna, a wealthy, brilliant, and effortlessly successful student, seems like just another challenge. At first, they're just roommates. Then they become competitors. Every late-night study session reminds Elza how far behind she feels. She can't sleep with the lights on, but Ayna studies until dawn. Every exam, every result, every compliment Ayna receives feels like another step away from Elza's dream. Elza doesn't want to betray her roommate. She just wants to stop living in her shadow. But when jealousy quietly turns into obsession, the line between ambition and destruction begins to disappear. In a room built for two, only one secret is enough to change everything.

Just a really small story I was given as a challenge from my English teacher to only write with exactly 100 words. This story was written from personal experience. Enjoy.

Maybe in another world we could be together. Maybe in another world I would be truly fine. Maybe in another world there is real peace. Maybe in another world my mind is quiet. Maybe in another world you can be here. Maybe in another world life goes better. Maybe in another world they will care. Maybe in another world I am strong. Maybe in another world I won't die. Maybe in another world I survive. Maybe in another world I live..... ...just maybe. My last wish, while falling. ⚠️ TW: su¡cide, selfhärm, self blame, bulling, voices, death, blood Please, if you do selfhärm or think about k¡lling yourself, you probably shouldn't read this story. But please, listen to me just for one more second. Even if you think nobody is caring about you, I tell you, there is. There are people who'll cry about the loss of you, there are people who'll never be able to move on, and there are people who'll blame themselves for not being able to help you. So please talk to someone, sometimes it's just a stranger, a call emergency services or helplines. Please don't hurt yourself in any way. Just take a deep breath and then do one small step, the first one is the hardest. But always remember, you have the control, it's your decision what you choose to show, and when.
