A/N: Okay, so much explanation is needed. This story is based on the future. I wanted to write about Slexie from another perspective, and before I knew it I had written and imagined all of this. This will be a multi-chapter fic, and I will try to update it whenever possible.

Every year, when the new interns arrive, the Doctors like to play a game of "how long does it take them to figure out that half of us are sleeping with the other half". The whole hospital is in on it, even the nurses. And every year it leads to suppressed laughter, hidden shenanigans, baffled interns and a lot of fun.

A story with a chilling twist as Mark isn't the one we have all known and loved.
