Barclay isn't sure what to think of the book at first, especially since it seems to detail secret passages that he has never seen nor heard about before. Tenative that it's a trap, Barclay and Tadg decide to leave the book alone, but as soon as the decision is made, it vanishes into thin air. Trap or not, in other hands, the book could be a deadly weapon not just against Barclay and Tadg-- but against all the rest of the students there. And as the two of them press further, trying to find clues as to who might have taken the book, the more entangled they become in a strange mystery that seems to engulf the whole school. I'm not going to lie, this book has been really fun to write, and I hope it'll be just as fun to read! I love writing fantasy, and the characters in this series are immaculate. You don't have to read the series before reading the fic, though it is encouraged, since I explain most of the things you need to know.
