Just like last year, I'm doing one story per day for Pride Month, only this year has a theme: Quarantine! So buckle up and get ready for some stupid, silly, gay stuff to help make YOUR summer stuck inside a little bit better (hopefully). Have a happy, safe, virtual Pride Month, everybody! I am a historian documenting my experiences during the Covid-19 pandemic. I take a personal look at things rather than a scientific one.

He was running toward her, a smile imprinted on both of their faces. Noah stopped in front of Flora. They had never been in such close proximity. Noah placed one hand on her waist, the other reaching up to cup her cheek. Flora placed both her hands on his shoulders. "Noah, this doesn't look like 6 feet apart. We're suppose to be social distancing." She teased. "Screw the CDC." He leaned forward, pressing his lips to hers, a grin forming on his face. - A story in which a girl falls in love with the neighbor while social distancing during a pandemic.

Finally at home !!!

While cleaning out the attic on the first day of spring (because her mom Catherine put it on the calendar, which is the only way to get anything done), Josie finds a beautiful pink dress that belonged to her grandmother. It would have been the perfect thing to wear to the Spring Fling, an annual event that she and her moms always enjoyed with her Gramps. But there's no dance this year, since the whole world is shut down because of COVID-19, a pandemic virus. While Catherine is hard at work at the hospital, Anna and Josie come up with a plan to bring their family closer, despite the challenges of social distancing. This story was written for Reedsy.com Writing Prompts weekly contest #35 - "Tell a story that takes place at a spring dance" and "You made a promise to yourself to do it on the first day of spring. Today is that day."

Distance has the power to enstrange even a child from her mother, so can it let romantic lovers last long? And how long can they even try to hold up? But. But maybe the distance that drove them apart can bring them close again when they are forced to live together. Who knows? Maybe one good can come out of the lockdown which is plaguing every life. Maybe the whimsical music playlists and highlighted lines can save a relationship. After all, beautiful lines are always the most powerful and music can save lives. There's a whole lot of maybes here. This story is set after season 5. It's 2020 and COVID-19 was first identified on Earth. This is how the pandemic unfolds in the Magic Dimension. Let's clear a few things up first. 1. Yes the Winx did graduate after season 3/the first movie. 2. Yes in season 4 they were adults learning from Head Mistress Faragonda remotely on Earth. 2. In season 5 they returned to Alfea for guidance on how to defeat Tritanus. Hence which lead to them learning about Harmonix and Sirenix. At that point they were being trained at Alfea to master those 2 transformations. They weren't taking any other classes at that point, like the regular students were as the Winx had already graduated, unless it had something to do with the 2 transformations. 4. The same story in season 6. Since Professor Daphne's History of magic class was vital to learn about the past legends and the history of the Magic Universe they attended those classes. 5. I have no comment about season 7 and 8 as I felt that this is where things went downhill. 6. I DO NOT OWN WINX CLUB. I will try and post new chapters when they are available.
