After a world meeting, China finds a mysterious package. It doesn't say who it's from and all that's in the box is a note saying that he would have to inject a substance into himself, and a syringe filled with said substance. China doesn't question it and decided to inject it into himself. After a few weeks of not being able to rest, he starts to get sleep deprived and almost constant brain fog and hallucinations. Japan tries to help him but it doesn't work, then he says that he hopes it wears off...
