In this book, every week I will try to upload new devotions. We will start at creation and go to Revelations. We will go into creation and the plan to clean away our sins. I have decided to this book for friends at my school. I am learning from a very spiritual teacher who understands the bible. My teacher likes to say the old testament is Jesus concealed, and the new testament is Jesus revealed. I will show this in numerous ways. I want to be like her when I grow up but first I must start here, with this book, for my friends. I get mostly what I talk about from The Life Book. I do not directly take what it says but I say it in new words with same meaning. I hope I can teach you to be a Christian if you are not one. If you are, I hope to make you a better one, understanding more of God and Jesus. Do not take what I say and let it go over you but use it in your life that you may be rewarded in heaven. Take it and live like Jesus would want you to live, not like others want you to live. I hope you learn from this. On the comments if you want, you can share what God did for you or you could inbox me. I wish to be your friend not just another person you read devotions from. I will not judge, because trust I know how you feel. We are not perfect, we have something that happens to us all. I will share this with you in my devotions.

I invite you to join me in this verse by verse study of the gospel of John. While the other gospels are centered on the ministry of Jesus in Galilee, John centers his account on Jesus' ministry in Jerusalem. While Matthew's gospel explains Jesus was descended from Abraham and King David, Mark's gospel explains Jesus was raised in Nazareth, and Luke's gospel explains Jesus is the perfect human man descended from Adam, John's gospel demonstrates that Jesus is God Himself who came to us from heaven. While John skips over significant events such as Jesus' birth, baptism, temptation in the wilderness, and other events, he instead tells us who Jesus is by giving an account of seven different miracles or "signs", seven powerful "I am" statements from Jesus Himself, and by providing the testimony of multiple witnesses who spoke openly of who Jesus was and is.

This book is not written to create in us a new perception of who we are in Christ, but it is to address the matter of how to be a servant of God, Child of God, Son of God, and Heir of God. It explored their meanings, advantages, disadvantages, relationships, differences (if any), and the way to position ourselves to become each. It reveals that what we do with our Lord or our heavenly Father is more important than what we learn about who we are in Christ. We shall know that we are nobody until we are justified to be somebody, not by works or human effort e.g: mere confession unto righteousness or by changing our perceptions, but by the " "effortless" action of true faith that leads to grace, and faithfulness. God will be allowed to bring us to the level of what our patronymics described of us after reading and Jesus shall be glorified.

How do we as Christians respond in such a hostile political climate? There is so much fear in loosing our status if we speak our minds. There's so much fear in loosing family members, and friends just because of thinking differently. Well, I'm here to say that Jesus is the only one who can say "Peace be still" to the chaos that is swarming around us. As Christians we MUST respond in a Christlike manner because this hostile climate might be NEW to America but it's OLD news to God and to all the other Christians living around the world. I cannot stress this enough, we must respond to our growing hostile environment in a loving Christlike manner. God bless you my brothers and sisters in Christ. This is to you.

Exploring the history of early Christianity in it's original Jewish context. This is an exegesis which delves deep into archaeology and ancient texts in order to uncover the colorful and richly cultural world of the Gospels. What were times like in 1st century Jewish communities? Who was Jesus? Did he even exist? Are the Gospels reliable historical accounts? These are questions that I aim to answer. Watch as skeptic claims about Christianity being an "Anti-Jewish conspiracy" are challenged as the words, life, and teachings of Yeshua unravel to form the best picturesque reconstruction of what is possibly the greatest man to have ever walked the earth. Not that Hilel wasn't a great man as well, it would take a fool to say otherwise. But we believe that Yeshua may just prove greater still. Perhaps you'll come to see him as the Messiah, or maybe just a great teacher. However, regardless of how you see Jesus now you will come to see him as he really was as opposed to how the Vatican falsely portrayed him.

What is the true purpose of the church in today's world? Does secularism possess the same appeal as it did in its initial emergence as an alternative worldview? How should we handle internal and external controversies as disciples of Christ? What is the nature of true religious liberty? Is the gospel of Jesus Christ truly "the power of God to salvation?" How can we share Jesus with searching, anxious and marginalized people, even while going about the mundane activities of everyday life? In The Message and the Mission, Don West explores these and many other matters which, in one way or another, have some bearing upon our Christian experience and witness. Each chapter conveys his firm conviction that Jesus Christ and His unchanging truth constitute the only dependable Source of guidance, hope and light in an increasingly dark and confused age. Fidelity to this Truth brings lasting liberty and will culminate in the ultimate deliverance.
