Not everyone can be like Shadow, After all Immortality doesn't come naturally. It's been 25 years since Sonic and Shadow have been married, they have two beautiful children, but the time that Shadow feared had come...and a bit to early, and there was nothing that he could do to stop it, not even help. Shadow decided to spend every moment he can get with his family...along with Sonic's family and friends.

Nick celebrated his 20th birthday with his family a few weeks ago and currently his adventurous, young heart brought him all the way to Westopolis, where he enrolled at the local college in order to achieve a higher education and possibly start his new life in the city. Along the way, he makes a few friends and encounters a certain dark hedgehog, who is hiding much darker secret, than what Nick dared to believe. Regardless, he doesn't let that faze him and when the stars align for him, he might discover something, that should rather remain forever unseen..... •☆NOTES☆• This story takes place in my own fictional version of Mobius, hence all characters mentioned in the chapters are Mobians. I have been inspired by the Nicky x Shadow thing, so, there is my version of Sonic as Nicky. Except for that, there are also other OCs and Sonic characters depicted in my own headcanon versions of them. The canon characters from the Sonic franchise belong to SEGA, I only own the OCs mentioned in the story.
