Now back in class, Sonic and the rest of 1-A are introduced to Hero-Work Studies where the students will work alongside pro heroes to gain more experience. However, things become all too serious when Sonic and Deku stumble upon a mysterious girl named Eri and come face to face with a villain called Overhaul. Eri has a special quirk that Overhaul wants to use to reshape the world into his image, so now it's up to the heroes to stop him before it's too late. DISCLAIMER!!! The following is a retelling of What If Sonic was in MHA Volume 3 in my current style. The goal was to streamline/enhance the previous seasons to be more in line with my current style. This is less of a retelling and more of an alternate path that leads to the same destination. You are free to interpret whichever version you prefer as the canon interpretation!

As most of you know I deleted my Shadamy story "Cursing With My Friends" for a reason. That reason is is that its didn't make any since to me. So to make it up have decided to do this story instead. This story takes place 11 years after the events of Sonic06. Mephiles was created by GUN to be a better Ultimate weapon but it seemed to of worked all too well that he almost killed the ultimate life form in a fight due to remembering things that happened in another timeline. GUN had to cover it up and seal Mephiles in isolation for five years until being released by Egg man. It's a race against fate at the moment for Sonic, Mephiles is after him and only him. Vowing for revenge on Shadow, he decided to take his anger out on his rival knowing that GUN would send Shadow into isolation, they'd blame him due to him having a rivalry with the blue blur. ( feel free to make an animation based off one of the chapters for those of you reading who make animated videos on YouTube.)

A year after the defeat of Dr Robotnik, Sonic finds himself enrolled at Beacon academy what adventures await
