The life of Izuku midoriya changed drastically at the age of fourteen after a suicide attempt. He will meet new people, finally socialize with kids his age, and maybe finally fit in.

Every night, at one of the numerous beaches in Yokohama, Dazai takes a walk there, watching the starry sky. But one night, he comes across an unusual being. A siren, Chuuya. As they get to know each other better, an unexpected bond starts to form between the two. After a heated argument with Osamu Dazai, Chuuya Nakahara loses control of his anger and slaps him before storming off. Overwhelmed with rage, he grabs his motorcycle and rides off without thinking, leaving Yokohama behind as he speeds away. Blinded by emotion, he unknowingly travels too far and ends up in Musutafu. His reckless state causes him almost to hit a pedestrian who turns out to be a pro hero but he reacts too late to stop it. Losing control of his bike, Chuuya crashes hard, hitting his head on impact and falling unconscious in an unfamiliar place.
