In a place where people fight just to survive, most people dream of getting out. Mariella Gallagher didn't. She just wanted to be rich. She wasn't academic, didn't have any special talents-unless you count knowing how to talk to people in more than one language. So she came up with a plan. Misty Dae was moving the last of her boxes into her room to start setting up when a loud banging could be heard on her door, sighing she placed the box on the bed before investigating who here visitor was. "Can I help you?" Misty was met with an older tall man standing infront of her, his hair slicked back off his face, stubble making it clear he hadn't shaved in days which made the fact he was leaning against the door frame with a beer in hand understandable. "You're not her" was all his rough voice said as he turned his look of anger to one of surprise. "Take it you know my mother then" The red head stated, a large dog now sitting behind her watching the leather clad gang member closely. "Misty?" his eyes grew wide with the realization, he had exiled Tammy Dae 12 years ago, at the time, the teenager before him would have only been 5. "That's me, and you are?" the girl before him snapped. "FP, why are you here? Tam not coming back right?" The girls face contorted to a scowl. "I'm here because this is the one place she cant get me" with that FP looked down, he had known what Tammy was like, he had heard rumors from Greendale about the ex-Serpent using her daughter as drug payment and by the attitude of Misty he now could safely assume they were correct. "Come in, excuse the mess" Misty motioned inside the trailer which FP accepted. The two had spent the afternoon talking, Misty finally telling someone about how her mum had used her, how her mother was responsible for the death of her Nana. Tears flowing down the young girls face as FP hesitated before giving her a fatherly hug. "Hey I know you don't remember me, but I remember you. You will be safe here, Serpents protect their own" From that day FP made an effort to clean himself up once a week to go visit Misty, he introduced her to afew trusted Serpent elders but respected her wish to lay-low The less people that knew where she was, the less chance of her mother trying to reclaim her.

Mariana "Crybaby" and Jesus "Bullet" Topaz are Toni's triplets. Toni is tougher girl, but Mariana is bubbly and she lights up a room with her smile, and Jesus, well he's a ladies man, always has been...much like Sweet Pea. Toni, Mari and Jesus all grow up in Riverdale, but being born in Mexico due to a trip their parents had to go see their grandparents on their dads side, Toni is the eldest, Mari is the middle child and Jesus is the baby, and the girls never let him forget it. Whereas Jesus is the youngest, he's the most protective, if one of his sisters are crying someone is getting punched. Toni is not as close with them as she'd like to be but that's because when their parents died, Toni's grandpa brought her in as a foster family in Greendale took the younger triplets in, leaving the three very unconnected until they were all 14...they're all serpents and growing up but Mariana finds a love interest...two infact. Lexie's best friend dies and she's still wrapping her head around it, and more so the fact that her best friend and father covered up the murder. While Lexie, Jughead and Betty are trying to find out what happened to Jason Blossom, Lexie lives her life as normal as possible and meets three people- Fangs, Sweet Pea and Toni.

Amethyst Adams has been away for a while but when her pseudo father, Fred Andrews, gets shot in Pops' Diner, there's no better time to come back. Walking into the hospital with her Serpents' jacket and a Take No Shit attitude, she doesn't care about how many Northside heads she turns as long as she can protect her own. AKA my "Riverdale denied me a Hard of Hearing/Ace character so I guess I have to do everything myself" spite fic, basically rewriting Riverdale from S02E01 onwards with more Southside, less bullshit, and actual character development (currently sticking with all the canon ships and general plotlines just not at the expense of decent storytelling)

When he's not working he drinks & hogs the tv, yelling at anyone who dares disrupt him. When his oldest child & daughter returns, the prick barely notices. Read as the Ace family goes through their problems, try to get along -well, the girls at least-, & find love. This story is in both of there, Rachel & Riley's, povs, & occasionally someone elses pov. This story is set in szn 8, but does not follow the plot of Shameless. I'm not the best at desc's lol
