He learns that his captain had been here, and sets off to find him.

Spock's eight and it is his time to be betrothed, but his mind refuses to be bonded as he already has a T'hy'la. Light years away, Jim Kirk suffers from chronic headaches. Only time can bring them together, but not much time is left. ~ (Title translates: I sense the consciousness calling to you from space...)

On their way back to the ship, they find out the transporter is broken and their radios are being messed up from the everlasting storm that circles the planet. They have to make do for week with only themselves and their tragic pasts. Trigger warning. If you suffer from PTSD or are 'triggered' easily I would suggest avoiding this book. Thanks.
