Just about five years later, Aria and Ezra are married, Hanna and Caleb are married, Spencer & Toby made their way back to each other, and Alison and Emily are together and living happily with their twin daughters. Not only them but Hanna and Caleb gives birth to a girl, also Aria has two children a daughter & son, Spencer and Toby also has a daughter. They live their life to fullest as they've been free of torture!

"Why are you still holding on to him?" She asked. "Because he makes me happy." I replied. "Really? All the nights you lay awake crying is what you call happiness? Every morning when you wake up and look in the mirror only to see your dark circles because you got barely any sleep, wondering what you did wrong is your definition of happiness?
