Hai! Right now, I am in a much needed healing process where I learn how to love myself and embrace every "flaw" and "insecurity" I have. I was in a moment where I was slowly breaking and going deeper and deeper into nothingness. I realized how judgemental I am towards myself and how toxic it became. So, I wrote a letter to my future self. This letter is a tap on the shoulder and encouragement to me if I ever feel not worthy in the future. I decided to share it here because I know I'm not alone in this and we are living in a time where we bring people down with stereotypes and "trends." Let's change that. I hope this letter helped you in any way like it helped me. Baibai :)

Poetry: In the modern world of communication and discovery we live in, we have discovered many a condition, mental or health. Yet, a severe lack of understanding remains and people start using these conditions as scapegoats or insults. I have Autism, and I hate seeing people call someone Autistic just because that person is angry or they want to insult someone. This work is my response to the latter. Spread the word! As the collection goes on, more than simple condition is explored, the greater fabric of human frailty and complexity is touched upon with care. Feel free to share your thoughts.

Let's face it Suicide is a BIG thing. It can be caused by many things including Depression, Family issues, Bullying even fear. Everybody wants a shoulder to lean on so things don't get bottled up and clamped up. I know just as much as you know that the might not say anything but body language says everything #Raiseawarness currently more than 18,144 people died from suicide in 2018 from January 1st, 2018 to June 4th, 2018 and the numbers increase Day by day "If you see something say something" it will help a lot more than you think because it's those little moments that can destroy a mindset🙁
