After the events in Mexico, the pack is taking a well-needed break. They are even starting to feel a bit more like normal teenagers. They know it won't last and are trying to enjoy it while it does. When they hear about 3 omegas wandering the preserve on the night of a full moon, everyone has a feeling that the other shoe is finally about to drop. (Takes place after the end of season 4) Mostly Stiles and Malia but involves a bit of Scott and Kira and Derek and Braeden.

Kiera McCall is Scott McCall's younger sister, and she's always considered the pack her extended family. As Kiki, as she likes to be called, begins her second semester of high school, there's threats coming from every direction - finances, Kate Argent's back to life, something's going on with Derek, she's always suspicious of Peter, personally, and of course there's the emotional baggage of her big sister, Allison, who wasn't really her big sister but felt like it, dying. Oh yeah, and she's entering high school. How is Kiki supposed to survive her freshman year, when her older brother's a werewolf, Lydia Martin seems to think she should be flirting with every available guy, she barely knows the two new girls, Kira and Malia, and it feels like Kira's trying to replace Allison, and not only that, but she might have a crush on one of the new lacrosse players, a transfer from Devenford Prep. Liam Dunbar.

Thomas is fit and capable while Stiles is very smart but very not at all capable of running, constantly tripping on air. With sarcasm that could easily rival anyone in the glade. Thomas falls into the role of big brother easily and makes it his responsibility to keep him alive. Not just once but twice. All the while Stiles begins to go through a change, the Nogitsune's effects finally coming through. How will the gladers react? As you can guess, probably not that well. Scott and the pack do everything to try to find Stiles. But is this a hopeless endeavor? Or will Stiles become a glader, a lab rat? Malia does what she can, but if she ever gets him back.
