How we view someone when we are in love vs how they really are.

A collection of poems that wanders through the quiet landscapes of being human-through the Beginning, the Withering, the Becoming, and the Blooming. It lingers in first loves and final goodbyes, in loneliness and belonging, in the questions we are too afraid to ask and the answers that only time can whisper. Not every poem offers certainty. Feelings are like the stardust. And i have to put it down into poems.

Three people. Each with a different past. A girl who doesn't drink, two old friends. The end of a party in a cabin, two hours away from the city. What could go wrong? What could be good? Will she have to make a choice? In a world that becomes more and more open minded, every day, a new kind of love story could take place. Finding happiness and the courage to be yourself isn't an easy thing to do. June isn't an exception. Disoriented, after a toxic relationship that didn't last, she still has a lot of questions about herself and the world she lives in. However, maybe meeting new people will change her perception of this strange universe, she's dealing with.

"How do I forget?" I ask him. I look straight into his eyes, making sure I don't waver. Not this time. "Forget what?" He asks in return. He seems surprised that I'm staring into him so intensely. He should be. I only do this when I'm dead serious. "Something... something beautiful," I say. I look around, careful not to give any hints. He has to be surprised. This has to go as planned.
