Stiles returns to Beacon Hills to start up a business that he has been debating on since he left the FBI academy. Stiles was planning on surprising his father only to be surprised himself... Derek Hale is the black sheep of the family, always has been. That's why he moved to Seattle. Now he's got a job he loves, a nice apartment with an incredibly hot and endearing neighbor, Stiles Stilinski. One night when Derek's overly large and demanding family shows up early for their yearly visit, they run into Stiles, who is accidentally introduced as Derek's boyfriend.

"Stiles, were you dating another werewolf behind my back?!" In the next few hours, while everyone is at the loft, Derek retreats to his room to clean up, though when he comes back downstairs, he's not himself. He's in his wolf form and can't turn back. You might be thinking, "Oh, that isn't so bad, they'll just go to Deaton and he can fix it." Wrong. Deaton at the moment is MIA. So now it's up to Stiles to figure out how to reverse the spell before it's possibly too late. In that time, Derek sticks to Stiles side like glue never letting him out of his sight, the wolf would be lying if he wasn't a little scared of staying like that forever. Stiles didn't ask for this, but that didn't mean he didn't want it. He loved the Pack with all his heart, but Derek, not so much. The thing with Paige made him never want to bite his lover. But he had to do it or he was going to lose Stiles anyway. So he took that chance. As they grow older they grow certain that it is a lot more than that. They watch their children awkwardly hide their infatuation for each other as they grow up and stumble through life together. Or 5 year age gap. Protective Derek. Clingy friends. Friends to lovers. Soulmates. Nobody dies. Hale and Stilinski families are super close and cute. Fluffy and eventually smutty.

We call them Moon Crystals because they glow with the phases of the moon, constantly changing just like the moon." Talia explained to her son. "Why are they so important?" Derek's eyes filled with more wonder with this mother's answer to his question. "They're important because we give them to our loved ones and mates. Moon Crystals are very rare and are only found in certain places in the world; people travel from very far to try and find one. Giving a mate a Moon Crystal is like proposing to normal humans." Derek breaks mentally and goes feral. The only one Derek isn't trying to attack is stiles. Stiles just has to revert what's happen to Derek, but how can Derek help when he's to busy being stiles's puppy
