Weird. Crazy. Odd. Nerdy. Rebellious. Smart. . Adjectives we shy away from. . We are what we are, so why should we change to fit into society's ideal mold? . Let us be weird, crazy, nerdy, odd, smart and rebellious because since when is it a bad thing? Why let people tell us who we are and who we should be? Why not be who we are and embrace it and be confident about it? Well, because we've been taught it's not okay to be us and that we should fit into the mold that was created for us. Yeah. Well. Is all that we see or seem But a dream within a dream? ~ All poems are mine and belong to me unless stated otherwise. Some of these poems may discuss political l issues, issues of domestic violence, depression, stereotypes that annoy me to no end, things about the sky and how trippy it looks sometimes (fine that was just one poem), and miscellaneous things that come to my mind. "Piggy Penelope, Piggy Penelope, Piggy Penelope..." It haunts me. Every time I close my eyes. Penelope is a teenager who is suffering from body shaming in her school. Initially, she strives to build up her own self-confidence, but failed. Instead, she did some wrong actions. Luckily, an "angel" was sent to guide her back on the right track. Triggers warning: this story contains attempts of suicide, self-harm and etc.

*dramatic sigh* Ladies. This one is for us. I mean guys you can join in too but this one is a safe haven for women and girls. I wrote this in tears because I've been struggling with insecurities for the past few days, and I felt that women should have a safe haven too! So please. Comment any insecurities that you feel comfortable sharing and I'm try my absolute hardest to respond. I love you guys so much. Her mother continued to smile, leaning in to speak in her ear. But, she holds those last words of her mother close to her heart, especially when trying to find her place with a boy. She would leave him behind but the connection she feels between their souls keeps her steady, thinking they have a chance. Xavier Prod feels stress of finding the right girl to pass on his name, being the only son to his father, and trying to find his place in the world. Though, befriending Tristessa had to be the best thing he could have ever done. He found something in her, something he couldn't resist. Even through countless arguments and days he wants to throw in the towel, something tells him she's worth fighting for, he just hopes that something isn't wrong. Being a teenager has to be one of the hardest times, regardless of what anyone says. You are trying to find yourself, dedicating yourself to every responsibility, and maneuvering through new feeling which could be scary. Body shaming stems from a long history that separates people by class, race, ability, and socio-economic status. Body shaming can have detrimental effects on body image and mental health.
