'Why do we lie to ourselves and those around us? It's common for people to say only parts of the truth. Parts that they feel are acceptable or that they believe people wish to hear, concealing the full truth behind closed doors. "I'm fine" is the most common lie told, why? Why is a lie that reflects our emotions, so often used? ...' Natalie Evans is an ordinary seventeen year old girl, known for her cheerful personality and bright smile. However, not all that glitters is gold. Haunted by the memories of her past, Natalie struggles to overcome her psychological turmoil. Using an alter ego, within a secret Instagram account, she attempts to find a place of belonging; by helping others who are suffering from depression. Dare to travel with Morrtiis through her journey to complete utter insanity...? ⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵ ---TEASER--- I awoke to a starless sky, empty, empty like my soul, "The stars are hiding," I sighed. I swear I had died, but I'm still alive, "Am I alive..." I thought to myself while laying on the brown dirt as if it were my bed, my submission to the dreamlike reality. The tombstones crowded me; death had transformed me, had been the only thing to comfort me in the past couple days to know I am alive, that I'm real, I had died with them. My feelings my visions and emotions like a snowstorm inside me, had fogged my whole being with fright. But now, thanks to Veronica, I had a clear view over what I have become. The earth shivered as I walked through the dark serenity,, the grass padding my dragged steps toward I don't know where. My black formal dress dragged behind me like a shadow. I felt nothing; I wasn't breathing, no pulse. I step on glass, no blood, no pain, no tears... No fears... nothing to worry about except what to do next, and I already knew that. I am nothing, Yet I am standing, I am dead, Yet I am something... Of all who this could happen to, and it's me. It is me. The death-bringer. I am in control. I crave the blood, Their helpless expression of a fate they are aware that I control The pain, The tears, Everything that I can't have now. I am dammed and never to die. I know my purpose is to make people feel what I can not.

The Mental Health Epidemic has been part of our society and our whole universe for decades and yet many of us (not a huge fraction of the whole world) are working on breaking the stigma around the epidemic, spreading awareness and light to the subject, promoting positive mental health, sharing all our stories tied to the issue and overall helping the rest of the society contributing to setting all those suffering and living with mental illness (in silence and those in the working process of speaking up about their illness overall the whole epidemic) free of the nasty yet deadly stigma and discrimination linked to the issue. This issue is in the process of moving forward and improving this Epidemic for a greater result in the world but we all still have a long way to go. We have accomplished a small achievement of having more of society viewing depression and anxiety disorder not taboo as seen before, but still others like schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder plus many others still are still being seen as taboo. As a weakness, a fault in someone, failure, etc. We need to continue our parts in this moment with solving this huge, yet ever so important Epidemic to help save others from suicide, and severe medical issues. Along with being silenced by the stigma and discrimination around the issue itself. People don't realise how much harm they are doing with the words they choose when speaking to their loved ones, friends, co-workers until it's either too late or things that involve taking big risks (which in cases like this, are very well supported and wise; along with being helpful with making change in this issue without forcing or demanding others to view the issue/illnesses in a postive light. And so this book is here (send me a message if you want your stories, articles, thoughts included here) to inspire, encourage others that they are not alone and that life gets better. It just happens gradually, not overnight.

Demi Lovato is one of the popular celebrities out there who are also known for advocating for mental health and also for being a role model for those suffering and living with mental illness. Millions are still suffering in silence and we need to continue doing our part with the society that is on the same page to contribute with breaking the stigma and discrimination about mental illness. Demi Lovato inspires millions of her fans to be confident and I've decided to write a book on self confidence, self, love, body/self acceptance, self care, and also inspiring actions of taking risks when our own family members aren't supportive, understanding, respectful, accepting and helpful with our illness. Refusing to accept our condition for the stigma and discrimination shows up well too clearly to us but not to them. This book I've created is here to help inspire others to continue or start speaking up about their illness(s) and taking the right risks with moving forward in having others including our friends and family moving onto our side, gradually, naturally and not in our control or demand. We cannot make someone change the way they view, think, believe and treat things in life any better. We just have to accept this and just mainly focus on ourselves in recovery. Trust the process and give the rest to God and nature that your friends and family will view these situations, epidemic on their own terms. It's not up to you to demand, control, or make them change. It's only up to you to stand up for what you want, need, believe in and focus on working with your recovery. Everything will turn out the way it should for the greater good! Just trust everything is in good hands! Trust God!

these are all the thoughts in my head- uncensored, unstructured, and exactly as they flow out. this is a technique called free writing. which is why I call this free speech this is basically my diary. (this is the way I think I guess) it's cathartic, which is why I do it. I have good days and bad days but it helps more on the bad days. these are written randomly, whenever I feel like it, whenever I have too many thoughts and emotions and I'm overflowing (so it's kinda over dramatic) my mind (like everybody else's) is confusing, what can I say -alright I'm out-
