these are all the thoughts in my head- uncensored, unstructured, and exactly as they flow out. this is a technique called free writing. which is why I call this free speech this is basically my diary. (this is the way I think I guess) it's cathartic, which is why I do it. I have good days and bad days but it helps more on the bad days. these are written randomly, whenever I feel like it, whenever I have too many thoughts and emotions and I'm overflowing (so it's kinda over dramatic) my mind (like everybody else's) is confusing, what can I say -alright I'm out-

A glimpse into the minds of those who suffer from trauma, anxiety and seclusion. It is very important to me that awareness about mental health is spread, thus the reason for this short story. A battle against all the negative aspects of your mind is sometimes the most difficult battle to overcome, and not many people are aware of that. I hope this story sheds some light on what trauma, anxiety that can lead to depression can do to people, and at the end, how to move past the worst.

Love brought Nathan Fritz and Blake Digswell together when Blake moves to San Francisco to live with her brother. They fell quickly, head first, believing that love and only love could conquer everything. But as things begin to go downhill, circumstance pays Nathan and Blake no favours when things begin to derail, and their belief that love conquers all is put to a test wherein they both come to realise that perhaps their affection cannot triumph over everything. When tragedy picks its victims, the timing's never perfect - and it never ends well for anyone.

Phiff's profession as a figure skating instructor is the reason why he wakes up in the morning everyday. Seeing little kids stumble upon their feet and still standing up is the best part. Except the part where all his hope is crushed when a gang decides to do a ransom and host a kill threat in Poland Winter Sports Center. Worse came to worst; the incident took a big effect on Phiff's life. A journey is headed to him, where he finds his self in the most nostalgic and familiar place on the earth, but in the same time Phiff knows it was meant to be buried in the deepest depths of his mind, meant to be forgotten. A place where every night there was a blast from his days, and most especially, a mystery from his past. "That was the day I began forgetting home." #FreeMentalIllness #StopMentalHealthStigma

Morrtiis has always been known for her unstable behavior, and hallucinations. Her abnormal behavior gets in the way of making friends. Dare to travel with Morrtiis through her journey to complete utter insanity...? ⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵⤵ ---TEASER--- I awoke to a starless sky, empty, empty like my soul, "The stars are hiding," I sighed. I swear I had died, but I'm still alive, "Am I alive..." I thought to myself while laying on the brown dirt as if it were my bed, my submission to the dreamlike reality. The tombstones crowded me; death had transformed me, had been the only thing to comfort me in the past couple days to know I am alive, that I'm real, I had died with them. My feelings my visions and emotions like a snowstorm inside me, had fogged my whole being with fright. But now, thanks to Veronica, I had a clear view over what I have become. The earth shivered as I walked through the dark serenity,, the grass padding my dragged steps toward I don't know where. My black formal dress dragged behind me like a shadow. I felt nothing; I wasn't breathing, no pulse. I step on glass, no blood, no pain, no tears... No fears... nothing to worry about except what to do next, and I already knew that. I am nothing, Yet I am standing, I am dead, Yet I am something... Of all who this could happen to, and it's me. It is me. The death-bringer. I am in control. I crave the blood, Their helpless expression of a fate they are aware that I control The pain, The tears, Everything that I can't have now. I am dammed and never to die. I know my purpose is to make people feel what I can not.

Kevin Barr and Eddward Vincent - just two boys with a past together who meet again after losing touch after high school. They both have a little baggage but maybe they can carry it all together. [Where Eddward's an innocent asexual cutie, Kevin's a patient sweetheart, Nathan's the Captain of their ship and Rave is done with his crap.] Enjoy, thank you, and please give this one a chance. This is the first 'romancy' thing Ive ever written. Probably sucks. Sorry. ((Previously named 'Catching Me Again))

The Mental Health Epidemic has been part of our society and our whole universe for decades and yet many of us (not a huge fraction of the whole world) are working on breaking the stigma around the epidemic, spreading awareness and light to the subject, promoting positive mental health, sharing all our stories tied to the issue and overall helping the rest of the society contributing to setting all those suffering and living with mental illness (in silence and those in the working process of speaking up about their illness overall the whole epidemic) free of the nasty yet deadly stigma and discrimination linked to the issue. This issue is in the process of moving forward and improving this Epidemic for a greater result in the world but we all still have a long way to go. We have accomplished a small achievement of having more of society viewing depression and anxiety disorder not taboo as seen before, but still others like schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder plus many others still are still being seen as taboo. As a weakness, a fault in someone, failure, etc. We need to continue our parts in this moment with solving this huge, yet ever so important Epidemic to help save others from suicide, and severe medical issues. Along with being silenced by the stigma and discrimination around the issue itself. People don't realise how much harm they are doing with the words they choose when speaking to their loved ones, friends, co-workers until it's either too late or things that involve taking big risks (which in cases like this, are very well supported and wise; along with being helpful with making change in this issue without forcing or demanding others to view the issue/illnesses in a postive light. And so this book is here (send me a message if you want your stories, articles, thoughts included here) to inspire, encourage others that they are not alone and that life gets better. It just happens gradually, not overnight.

The growth, the acceptance of social stigmas and normalising issues that are often overlooked. This book is so so beautiful. I'll buy it if you publish it." - @designgirl01 #4 in enemiestolovers, #17 in chicklit

Hey, this book is a inspirational and helpful guide to help inspire you all when you feel and need some inspiration the most. These chapters help inspire that there is hope in everyone no matter what they are going through. Whether it's a breakup, loss of job, loved one, friend, or anyone suffering and living with any mental illness(s). These chapters are many of the articles I wrote in my Medium account and always updating daily or weekly. These chapters also are things that I've learned all from my own experiences and I really love how I came up with the idea of using my own experiences (in which we call can) to inspire, encourage and bring hope in others when they feel hopeless and maybe even helpless. Mental illness is such a huge, scary, life threatening and serious epidemic in our world and we need to continue to sharing our own stories, inspiring others, spreading awareness and light to the issue/epidemic, promoting positive mental health, educating ourselves and others on the subject as well to help continue contributing to breaking the stigma around mental illness. We can all do this but we should always remember that we are never alone in anything, no matter what we may feel or any thoughts we may easily find ourselves believing. Don't believe everything you think. We all matter, we all deserve the love, belonging, attention, affection, care and treatment that we all truly and honestly deserve. Don't ever think about harming yourself or considering ending your life. Life is so precious and so is your overall existence on earth. Don't hesitate at all to message me, any friends of yours online, close friends, family, and/anyone who you feel comfortable talking about these kinds of things with. It could be a counsellor. But don't forget to see your doctor about your issue, symptoms to help you start on your long journey in recovery. You are worthy. You are special. You are beautiful. You are loved.
