The bathroom was silent, save for the sound of Mikes breathing. He could see from his peripheral, the intense stare Mike was giving him. The intensity left a tremor in his hands, which he quickly corrects. Will lets out a bellowing sigh as he finally gets the bleeding to stop, deciding it was time to look at Mikes lip. As his gaze finds it, the steady trickle had now made its way to Mikes neck, slightly pooling in the dip of Mikes collar bone. Will felt compelled by the stark contrast. His eyes float back to Mikes eyes, his gaze immovable. He had never seen Mike so close. Black inky eyelashes sprouted from the edges of his eyelids, a sparse silhouette unblinking on his face. His cheeks were flush, contrasting the usual pale glow that Will was used too. Had his cheeks ever looked so pink? Ripe with pure anticipation- the anticipation of what? Will wasn't sure. Light brown freckles peppered over his nose, giving his face depth in a way he hadn't seen on another person. He wouldn't have been able to see them if he wasn't so close. He would be able to truly see him now, and Will wasn't sure how he had gone that long without it.

A new place also comes with new challenges like making friends and fitting in. Maybe it won't be as hard as she thinks it will be though.
