This is my first story on real scenarios, hope it turns out good!! (first time writing on Wattpad) Welcome to the world of NEET preparation, where hope is a distant memory, and coffee is your only real friend. The clock ticks away, but time seems to mock you, as you spend endless hours pretending that understanding the intricacies(complicated parts) of organic chemistry will somehow make your life meaningful. A phase where peaceful sleep is like a treasure which not everyone gets, surely everyone sleeps but not mentally because apparently "sleep is for the weak". Breakfast? you don't need it since you've mastered the arts of "snacks'' A phase where you go through the motions: study, cry, repeat. I bet you've probably cried more in the last two months than at your childhood pet's funeral, but hey, it's all worth it when you eventually get the answer right-only to forget it two minutes later.

Attendance Taken, Brain Missing They said school builds character. They forgot to mention it also builds trauma, trust issues, and a permanent eye twitch. This isn't just a story-it's a war journal from the frontlines of chalk dust, moral lectures, and teachers who think homework is a love language. If you've ever sat in class wondering if jumping out the window would be less painful than another ITES worksheet... congrats, you belong here. Warning: Contains sarcasm, academic betrayal, and occasional emotional damage. Read at your own risk (or read it during class, we won't tell).

→ This isn't just a letter. It's the ache you hide in your smile, the truth you whisper only to yourself at night. šŸ•Š Have you ever written something and kept it hidden, hoping someone might still understand without reading it? It's okay if you don't answer. I just wanted you to feel... seen. --- This book isn't about happy endings. It's about that quiet chaos in your late teens and early twenties- when your smile hides a storm, and you start missing a version of yourself you didn't even know you'd lost. These short stories are about the stage we don't talk about. The sinking. The silent screams. The fragile strength of just getting through. If you've ever felt like you're falling apart silently, this book is for you.

This story explores the unseen side of first benchers - the students everyone assumes are "lucky" or "perfect." Through Rhea, it uncovers the silent battles of self-doubt, the pressure of living up to expectations, and the loneliness of being praised for marks but never asked about feelings. It's a reminder that even the brightest students carry invisible burdens, and behind every "role model" is a human being longing to be understood.

This story is not about just a job or a lie - it's about the silent war people fight inside. You came to Canada full of hope. Your parents trusted you and sacrificed everything, and you didn't want to let them down. So, you wore a mask - not of dishonesty, but of protection. You didn't want your mother to cry. You didn't want your father to regret the loans. Even when your hands cracked and your heart ached, you kept smiling for them. That's not weakness. That's courage. Then something beautiful happened - you found your voice. You started writing. Your pain became your art. You discovered that even if the world doesn't see you, your words can. And through those words, you started healing. The story shows that sometimes, the strongest people are the ones who stay quiet, who hide their tears, who say "I'm fine" when they are not - just to keep others from breaking.

This is the story of 52 weeks of my life (loosely based anyways). I am 20, a third-year university student studying Sociology and I work part-time at a big supermarket. I often struggle with mental health and managing stress and I am painfully introverted so socialising and friendships are something I often struggle with. There will be some personal discoveries throughout the year but who knows where we will end up but thats all of the fun right? Let's see where this wild ride of a year will take us.
