Tasmin is beautiful but toxic, and Jake becomes a lovesick puppy dog around her. The morning after a drink-fuelled beach party, Zac wakes up hungover, his arms covered in scratches and blood splattering his shirt. The discovery of Tasmin's dead body on the beach triggers Zac's paranoia. He can't remember a thing about the previous night. Zac sometimes has violent fantasies, but that doesn't mean he killed Tasmin. Right? Zac turns sleuth, vowing to find out who murdered Jake's girlfriend and clear his own name. The deeper Zac digs and the more weed he smokes, the blurrier the boundary between reality and fantasy becomes. Zac can't be sure who is guilty and who isn't, and time is running out. Zac is a lick away from solving the mystery, but when the heat is on, the ice cream melts, and if Zac isn't careful, the truth could kill him.
