Before the handover of Hong Kong in 1997, syndicates and triads ran the region, in absence of an effective police force. Lawrence, a disgraced businessman in the 90s, tries to evade his creditors by fleeing to Hong Kong. When he accidentally joins a triad, he must learn the hard way about the dark secrets driving the underground world.

Aster lands in a another world where he finds himself on the private property of a crime syndicate. Initially he isn't accepted, but it is his goal to rise up the ranks and get recognition within the syndicate as it's the only thing he has! Side Note: The first arc I had my friends' help fleshing out the characters, using a semi literate roleplay and I put it all together in a manuscript.
