A teen girl that hasn't went to school for a whole year because she was diagnosed with Type one diabetes aka T1d. When she was diagnosed she didn't want to go to school for a year because she was embarrassed to get shots before or after lunch so she can eat and so she didn't poke her finger in class to see her sugar. Anyways one year later after home schooling she wanted to finally went back to school but.. one reason she wanted to go is to see this one boy. And that's all I'm telling u guys enjoy the story! <3

Niall is intelligent but hides it, he also has type one diabetes which he can handle but no-one believes in him. Niall is similar to the character of Barbie in a way since he has so many qualifications that he could get any job including surgeon or even astronaut provided there is food nearby and it isn't too claustrophobic.
