This is the rewritten version of Peppermint Taste, it is completely different to the original story (which is still readable). This version was originally mixed with the original but I decided to move it for a better flow with the novel. "Ally's problem was that she cared too much. If she had been less interested in the personal lives of everyone around her; she wouldn't be dead." When an investigation, led by an inquisitive detective and his team, is commenced after the brutal death of a teenage girl on a Monday morning, a body is found.
