After the Grove has been saved and Halsin has returned, Deia and the companions allowed themselves to enjoy the victory with a big celebration. What Deia didn't yet realize, however, is that this evening will be significant for more reasons than one. One of these reasons is no other than Gale. (This is one chapter from the upcoming novel that I am working on. It is dedicated to Baldur's Gate 3 with a primary focus on Gale and Deia.)

Summary: Ashe, after having a bad day feels rubbish but doesn't want Astarion to feel like he needs to do anything for them, used to being the one to comfort him. However, Astarion loves them too much to let them fall apart like this without him helping pick them back up. Sometimes, Ashe just needs to be reminded that it's okay to need comfort from the person that means the most to you, especially when they want to give it. She couldn't let him ascend and become someone she didn't recognize. Because of this, their relationship comes to an end, and she is left broken by his abandonment. But how does their story truly end?

This is an oc story of my Baldur's Gate 3 Tavs Vledrik, the lolth-sworn half-drow, and Arthur, the bard half-tiefling. This story is a work in progress beginning with their first time meeting at the Baldur's Gate Academy of magic. To expect from this story is a bitter-sweet romance with thrilling actions eventually tying together with the story that plays out in Baldur's Gate 3. Giving him a crooked smile while skilfully ignoring Astarion's glare, Tav used the offending hand to lightly grasp his chin.
