Hello! This is a fanfic that reimagines the story of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX. It's based primarily on the anime, manga. My idea is to tell the stories as if they were episodes of the anime, transitioning from slice-of-life to a more serious plot. In short, it's my own remake version of GX with ideas from many places. I'm trying to make the duels as faithful as possible to the TCG/OCG rules. (It's by far the hardest part.) I'm writing this story mainly because SpellCommander didn't continue his series, and I was left wanting more. Also, the cover art is by the talented Moribuden. Yukihiro Edwin is a 14-year-old Middle School student who loves playing a popular card game, known as Yu-Gi-Oh. His passion for this game began from the day his parents, a pair of former professional duelists, bought him a legendary Cyber Dragon deck. It is a deck known for its firepower and One-Turn-Kill (OTK) potential. One day, Edwin's parents leave home to undergo an expedition due to an incident occurring in the outer space, but not before asking Edwin to take care of the home alongside his neighbor and childhood best friend, Alice Takayama. At first, Edwin and Alice live a pretty normal life both as a school student and as a duelist. However, things have changed when Edwin had a prophetic dream involving a mysterious force that is suspected to be related to the reason his parents were sent on an expedition in the first place. There, he is turned into a human girl, and unable to use any magic due to the lack of magic power on the Earth. He needs to find a way to return home. During the process, he has encountered different individuals, some help him, some become his enemy. At the same time, he has discovered a mystery linking his world and the Earth. What is the mystery, and can he go back to where he belongs?

Diamond Akimoto is your average otaku teenage girl with an incredible scientist of a mom, but one day her home is attacked by masked figures causing her, Hermes (robot companion) and her mother to flee through her latest invention the Mon Gate where they get separated and sent to different realms. Upon arrival, Diamond finds allies and enemies and discovers she has magical powers and is destined to find the remaining guardians to save both worlds.

Just my thoughts on Yu-Gi-Oh! for new or veteran players who wish to see how some people respond to some issues. I'm not anyone big, no. I'm not a judge, or a top-qualifier thingamagigie that confuses normal people with the big, fancy words. I'm just a normal player that has a lot of thoughts on the game.
