Thomas, Teresa, and Brenda are best friends. Teresa has always thought of Thomas as something more, but she's too scared to find out if he feels the same. She doesn't know if things will change for the better, or for worse. Brenda thinks she's in love with Thomas, so she asks for Teresa's help to get her man. Teresa becomes jealous, but still supports her friends. "Do they still support me," she always asks herself.

Everything was perfectly normal in The Glade. New Greenie gets sent up every month, gets a job, moves on. Always a boy. Gally leaned in putting his forehead against hers, closing his eyes. Mari did the same. As she felt his breath hitting her cheeks and felt the steady rhythm of his heart beating within their embrace, they knew what it felt like to be with Gally. She felt like she was home. The pronouns I will use in this will be she/they (I may alter the plot of this by mixing some of the stuff from the books and movies into one. Not entirely sure yet, but if I do I will probably not spoil the book gigantically. Also this is intended to be read as a Gally x Reader since MC's name is Mari due to wicked renaming you after Marilyn Monroe.
