As an 18 year old, he lives with his parents in a small, rundown house in the Narrows, within the heart of the Gotham. Gotham City is known by most to be a very dangerous city where in it darkness thrives in every corner. As crime rates continue to rapidly grow and Gotham becomes much less safer and unstable to live in, Bailey Wayne and Jack Napier must find a way to survive it with or without each other, or it might just cost them their sanity.

The Joker was once a little boy named Jack. Since they were in diapers, Eva Hartman was his best and only friend through the hell that they both endured behind closed doors.
