With this knowledge he gained from his old enemy, they created their own tachyon device and now Barry was ready to test his new tool.

This is set after Barry Vanishes in 2019. Caitlin Snow has been trying to find a way to get Barry back for some time but when her problems get in the way, she questions if it's even possible.
