The Fault in Our Divergence leaves off at the end of the third book in the Divergent trilogy, Alliegent. Tobias is still struggling with the absence of his beloved Tris as well as trying to find out what he wants to do with himself in this new place he calls home. With the help of his friends (Old and New) he figures out what exactly he needs to do. The Fault in Our Divergence will have a slight crossover with The Fault in Our Stars in the end.

What will happen when 4 more fandoms unite at Wizarding World? To protect the world and save other people. Those of you who have read both "The Fault In Our Stars" and "Looking For Alaska" by John Green, you will know that the characters Alaska and Augustus both end up dead. It was cold in Heaven. I was sitting on the Adirondack swing. But I wasn't really there. This was an illusion created by Heaven. This is what it thought Alaska wanted the most. I knew what I wanted. Yes, I had been drunk, but I can remember the gravel under my feet, and the smell of firecrackers. The Colonel, sipping wine in the corner, and Pudge. Before the call. Back in Heaven, a boy sat on the swing next to me. It creaked. "Who are you?" "Augustus." I nodded. For a while we sat in silence. He seemed sad, and gestured to a space before him. A picture appeared: a girl in a hospital bed. He sighed. "That's Hazel Grace, my true love. You, too, have a loved one." I nodded. A picture before me. Pudge sitting in his room, reading "The General In His Labyrinth" by Garcia Marquez. Besides me, Augustus smiled, almost broken.
