Bloodlines This is the sequel to my fanfiction Bloodloss, based on the book series "The Mortal Instruments" by Cassandra Clare. The characters are hers, not mine. This book follows on from the City of Lost Souls and therefore contains huge spoilers for the series. Proceed with caution if you haven't finished the series so far. Also, due to the fact this story focuses primarily on Alec, some details from the Lost Souls have been altered to make this story better. Since Magnus broke up with Alec, the Shadowhunter is a mess. He left the Institute, ignores his family and lives in sadness. He is haunted by the memories of the years when Magnus and him were happy. His only goal is to get Magnus back. He knows he is the love of his life and isn't ready to let him go. Through the flashbacks of their life together and the advices of a mysterious woman, will Alec ever be happy again ?

Clary has been raised by Valentine and her brother, Jonathan. She became a very strong shadowhunter, probably the strongest in the shadow world. One day, the New-York institute's Shadowhunters come and save her from her crazy family. What will happen to Clary ? This story is based in New York, around five years after Queen of Air and Darkness. With a few differences, Jace and Clary have twins and adopted Kit and Ash. The story is about Clary opening a school for shadowhunters and downworlders. The academy is a memorial for all the people she lost and will cherish forever. It will have aspects of the Movie, Show, and books. Also in here it will follow the Blackthorn's and Jace and Clary's wedding. and Rafael Santiago and Jordan Kyle are still alive. Magnus and Alec adopt Madzie and Raf. Max is still dead though the book will point out a tiny romance between Max and Dru before he died and studied at the LA Institute.
