Breathe To live, exist, express, manifest, infuse, transform, inject, Recover.... Recover...4 years ago I couldn't imagine recovering from the hell Jamal Myles put me through. I couldn't see having this beautiful house, millions of dollars, seeing my family again, or having my beautiful little girl. To say the last 4 years have been a walk in the park would be a lie, from postpartum depression to serve anxiety I've dealt with it all. Yeah I dealt with it in the way I always do and that's to pull back from everyone. Well as much as I could, after seeing me nearly dead their sister instincts kicked in big time and since then they've all been there for me. From Ro making me eat to Lisa pretty much slapping me back to life to Tionne praying with me on a daily basis. And Olivia, Olivia has been my biggest and I do mean biggest support system out of them all. When she said that she'd always have my back she meant it.
