(I literally suck at descriptions but in a nutshell, this is Jonathon Sims x Martin Blackwood from The Magnus Archives, following the vague plot of Night in the Museum. Don't ask. Just read it.) Daxon is a broke, closed-off artist recovering from a bad relationship who's just got a job at the favored coffee shop in their small college town. Horatio is a somewhat eccentric tour guide at the local art museum with a passion for taxidermy and classic lit. Somehow, they fall in love.

My submission for the tma showcase, I'll probably never expand on this but who knows!

I'm probably going to write more of these stories and upload them seperately, but for now this is just a one-shot. Important things to know: Carmen is an avatar of the hunt. She struck a deal with Chief to be able to look for informatiom about her past in the archives, and has been doing for for a few weeks. Carmen is marked by the eye ...but needs answers. Julia is the archivist, she knows she's an avatar but is struggling with it Chief is the owner of the archives Zack, Ivy and Chase are archival assistants.
