Mikey meets a girl when he falls on her balcony. They meet someone as well on a mission. The girl and this person are one in the same. Raphael does not trust her. She hates the foot clan. She keeps hiding why. Leo finds himself loving and protecting her and she adores him and protects him.

With little time and motivation left, Donnie finds himself plagued with guilt over not being able to cure April's father.
