This is a story about me and my girlfriend because I can. I just wanted to write it, plus she wanted me to also so.. I don't expect anyone to read this, but feel free to! scenario1, The good: Max gave me a playful smile, his fingers playing with a curl that had come loose fro my pony tail. "You are absolutely beautiful and trust me, i've seen a lot of girls in my day." He was sweet, but such a liar. I knew I was different but beautiful was a stretch, pretty, sure. The guy made it sound like I was a goddess but when he was around, I did feel like one. He saw the look on my face. "Come on, let a guy complement you for once." He kissed my cheek and stood up, striding from the room. scenario2, The bad: "Come on, Alice." he whisper into my ear, sending shivers down my spine. oh god. "I know you want to." He walked around me in long, predatory strides and leaned against his dark blue bike. I would laugh at the cliche of a hot guy on a bike if it didn't feel like I was being choked from the inside out. I couldn't breath. a slow, seductive grin grew on his face and I bit my lip. I was going to melt right here and now. Oh gosh. He stretched his hand out for me to take it, a familiar, mocking look in his eyes challenged me to take his hand. scenario3, The wish: "WILL EVERYONE JUST LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE?!" I screamed. Max's jaw was on the floor, shocked at my outburst. A grin stretched upon Jason's face. "See, I told you I was rubbing off on you." Alice is shy, sarcastic and way too forgiving. When something terrible happens, she comes to learn that it isn't a small world after all.

Tabby Leverington is one of those girls who's not "a Popular", but is well known and liked nonetheless, despite the fact she shares the name of most browny-black patterned cats. She's creative and dreamed of travelling the world for as long as she can remember, so therefore, barely before Tabitha's GCSE's had even ended, she'd lined up how she was going to spend her Gap Year; two months in the USA working as a counsellor for Camp America, followed by a month exploring the country, and then, when the colder months rolled round, she decided she'd chalet girl and have a hell of a lot of fun doing so. Back then, it didn't matter to her that this year was three years in the future, I think she was just happy at the prospect of having a break from certain things, and as she puts it, "Becoming a little more me every day." Fast forward three years and, after having been offered a place at both Cambridge and Oxford (and accepting the latter), Tabby was packing her bags and bringing out the bikinis, and then, before she knew it, she was pulling her mum's old ski jacket out of the attic ready for her season in Verbier; making the beds and cleaning the dishes of the rich and famous, including the biggest boy band in the world. Tabby has always been pretty, except that scraped-back pony tail phase when she was in year six, but she's never been properly wanted. However, among the Switzerland Mountains there's the possibility of this changing, among wild nights out and all the fun which comes with being the chalet girl (aka maid) of one of the most luxurious chalets worldwide. She likes to party, she likes to drink (and eat, alot.) and she likes to ski. This experience is one where this girl is in her element, and this girl is Tabby.

Tabby hasn't seen her mother for years, ever since the divorce between her mother and father. Since then, she's developed a loathing for her real mother, and wishes that her step-mother, Meg, was her real mother. She's grown protective of her younger step-sister Anya, and can barely stand the thought of leaving her. But one day, Tabby learns that she's supposed to go to her real Mother's, where she'll meet her odd, other step-sister (her real mother's child), her somehow-off-but-handsome step-father, and her real mother, who looks much more different than when Tabby last saw her. At the house, Tabby learns of mysteries beyond her own knowledge, and seeks to find the answer to them, but is intrigued with the fact that they all point to one thing- dragons.
