"You still up?" TK smiles as he hears the voice over the phone. He switches the phone to the other ear as he checks the time on his watch. It's just after midnight. "Yes I am still up. I just got off my shift." "You want to come over?" Carlos asks. TK bites his lip in order to hold back a smile. "I can be there in 10 minutes." Follows the canon tarlos and 911 Lone Star story line, except for the gaps I filled in. I do not own any of these characters or story lines. I will try to post at least once a week. Thaila Strand is Tk's half sister. Despite the fact that they are family they have never met. It didn't help that they lived thousands of miles away from each other. Yet it all changes.... TK Strand Moves from station 126 in Austin Texas to firehouse 51 in Chicago and joins Sylvie Brett on ambulance 61. Well also becoming good friends with Captain Matthew Casey of truck 81 and Stella Kidd also on truck 81. ( your gonna thank me later for making Casey and TK friends) this story is a combination of 9-1-1 Lone Star and Chicago Fire and will include Brettsey, Stellaride, and Tarlos.

TK has always put the job first. The question though is which job. His job as a capo for the Reyes family mafia, or his secret job as an undercover agent smuggling information about the mafia to the FBI. Putting either job first becomes hard when his cover is blown and he's locked in a basement cell. TK craves freedom even just a little, and Carlos needs to get married in order to takeover for his father as don (boss). They've never hated each other but it's not like they're in love. So, what happens next? [Btw while planning this I intended for all the chapters to be short, I intend for this to not be a slow burn and for the characters to move fast, but you never know sometimes things change.]. Also TK doesn't have an undercover name. Idk why I just didn't think about it and this is less confusing.

Being a first responder can lead to a lot of things happening all at once. Tk is always pretty good at dealing with these things and he always has been. especially now that he has Carlos to help him get through everything, but there are also a lot of other things that the he has to deal with out side of work. thing like PTSD and nightmares. especially the nightmares. what happens when one night one of thoughts nightmares can change everything, for better or for worse. what happens when a week of off calls at work and wired shifts leaves the young couple on shaky ground? can they cope and how will they do it? can the two men except the risks that they each have to take to keep Austin safe or will one call change everything for ever?

This story is about tk and Carlos finding each other after so many years apart. But it comes with difficulties. Tk has a bad addiction opioid. He is deep in the need to remove his anxiety and stress with drugs. Feeling the pain ease. Carlos is trying to be him self but also have a better role in his job. But he really wants tk. But tk makes it really difficult. By denying Carlos because tk doesn't wanna put his problems on Carlos. It's also the deep feeling in him that liking Carlos is wrong. That it's a sin. (It's what he thinks not what's really real💗🏳️‍🌈)

Paramedic Carlos Reyes has just been hired to fill ambulance 126's open spot. Now he's adjusting to life at a new firehouse with a new team. Along the way, he meets police officer TK Strand and his life gets flipped on its axis.
