-Hi, sorry about this, guys :( I have a bunch of other work on other sites that I have complete, that I started WAY before this, so I kinda have an obligation to finish that before I can continue working on this. Hopefully, I didn't leave it at too big a cliffhanger. Sorry again! I'll probably start updating again sometime in August.- Taya is a student in The Academy of the Arcane arts, a school where one learns one of four disciples; Elementalism, Necromancy, Shifting, and Psychokinesis. Being an Elemental, and one of the most skilled in the school, she lives a peaceful life there, surrounded by friends- well, friend, singular- and in comfort. But, when her headmistress sends her on a seemingly impossible quest to stop the poisonous Blight slowly creeping over the mountains in the west, Taya must confront her past, her present, and her future to discover that nothing is as it seems, least of all the things that seem most certain in life.
