After civil war Steve, Bucky and the members of Team Cap are hidden in T'challa's base. Despite having The Winter Soldier mostly taken from him by Wanda, Bucky is riddled with nightmares, flashbacks and guilt. All Steve wants to do is help in any way he can. And all Bucky wants is a normal life, but that's hard when you're a wanted assassin for Hydra. (May turn into a Stucky fic, I feel like it will happen)

It's post CA:CW. The Avengers have split, a mysterious organization is hunting down Bucky Barnes, and Team Cap is struggling with their loss of the fight. Instead of going to Wakanda, Bucky decides to stay with Steve for protection. Although everyone is struggling with how to move forward, Steve and Bucky are trying to figure out just how much they mean to each other. - "That's why we do what we do. So previously I've written parodies of supervillains singing Taylor Swift songs, and this one breaks formula a bit since it's from the perspectives of the characters in Civil War, but if you think about it, since they were fighting each other, you could say they were ALL villains. This new relationship between them has grown dramatically over the past year, and by now, she was very comfortable with admitting that yes, she was now Steve Rogers's kid. Of course, things had been getting strange. She'd gotten a new boyfriend in the process of trying to get over her last one(who just so happened to be Loki Laufeyson, the guy who nearly killed her 4 years ago) and she'd been trying to settle down and become as normal as a magic-wielding person can get. However, when she's called up by her new father, she has no choice but to hurl herself into a civil war between two groups of superhumans.
