Pepper Potts was a very smart and loyal woman. Her loyalty was sometimes a curse given that she really did love Tony Stark. But, her brain overwhelmed her loyalty after she learned about what had happened because of the Sokovia Accords. And it was everything that had happened, not just what Tony wanted her to know with everything just being his version of what happened. Pepper was going to learn as much as she could and help her friends. Even if she ended up losing her fiance in the process.
