What would have happened if Katniss fooled Peeta into eating nightlock in the first games? Or if Katniss chose Gale?

Prim, twelve year old innocent Prim, is stuck into the only place with no protection... The Hunger Games. Will the need to see her sister again push her to kill? Or will she die trying? Peeta is thrown in as well. Aligned with his crush's sister, he is forced to make a decision, kill Prim, and loose the little connection with Katniss forever, and live to be with her, or take Prim to the end, and die knowing Katniss would be happy. But will a new crush change his decision?

A Short Story. Piper, is a girl who absolitly hates to read. I mean, come on guys. who like to read anymore? literally all she wanted to do on her spring break was watch movies. It was the perfect break; until she saw the book outside her bedroom window.

I was thinking: "The Capitol messed with Katniss's life throughout the trilogy. So what if they took what she witnessed and turned it around so everyone thought she was going to and chose Peeta? And what if Katniss and Gale's fathers dying was just an act?" Well here is the story from the 3rd person omniscient point of view, not the Capitol's version of Katniss's.

What if the Hunger Games switched between Gale, Katniss, and Peeta's points of view? What if Gale found out about Coin's plan to kill Prim? What if Katniss realized she loved Gale, but it was too late? What if someone hijacked Peeta again, but for different reasons? All these questions and more will be answered in this alternative ending for Mockingjay. This is an everthorne story, so please only read this if you're on team Gale. This is a 'song' from Gale's perespective to Katniss. I am re-reading the trilogy and I think I may be turning into team Gale. I can't help but feel sorry for him. I believe Gale and Katniss are made for eachother, and Peeta . . . if only he were easier to hate :) Please read and give me feedback!
