As the three teams Valor, Mystic, and Instinct are at war, a new team, Team Harmony rises. Team Harmony promotes peace among the three. The legendary Pokemon Lugia as their symbol. Team Harmony is led by the great pokemaster, Mester. But creating peace among the teams is easier said than done. There will be betrayal, deception, and full out war in the midst of this team trying to create peace.

Following the events of the last book, Shelly Yangtze, Quinci Laciasal, and their friends are trapped in the Instinct Base. Raichu Human, the new leader of Team Instinct, threatens to take over the other teams and disrupt the peace once made by the previous team leaders. It seems like there is no hope, no way for Team Valor and Mystic to fight back until the four friends discover a sliver of hope: a long forgotten Pokemon Sanctuary where legend says the three legendary birds reside. But will the friends escape Raichu's clutches long enough to harness the powers of the Legendaries? Or will Raichu beat them in the race? After rushing to the aid of his friends, Spark indulges Blanche on why he and his followers leave the battles to her and Candela. This is a simple short story that explains the reason why I think spark is dork he is (sort of).

Now the heirs of all the teams are revealed, Quinci Laciasal of Team Valor and Shelly Yangtze of Team Mystic. Although Team Instinct was supposed to be the weakest team, nothing seems to stop Raichu in his quest to conquer all Pokemon.
