Following the defeat of Nate Jacobs and Control Freak in the previous story, the crossover continues as the East Highland crew come to Jump City to visit their newfound superhero friends. Meanwhile, Nate Jacobs, no longer trusting Control Freak after their previous defeat, teams up with another Jump City villain: the Puppet King.
