grace delaine and finn dally were insperable growing up. from having sleepovers ever other weekend to biking to the gas station of every holdiay, the two were the best of friends. but when grace's aunt suddenly dies, grace is forced to move away to a remote town on the other side of canada. its been eleven years since grace and finn last saw each other. until grace goes off to college. back in her hometown of lane view, british coloumbia, grace is determined to start over. new school, new friends, and no looking back. except finn is there. the boy who used to know everything about her is now practically a stranger. he's different. she's different. and after eleven years apart, neither of them knows how to fit the other back into their lives. what starts as awkward reunions quickly turns into arguments, old grudges, and a rivalry neither of them remembers agreeing to. because apparently, childhood best friends can become enemies just as easily as they can become strangers. and grace is starting to realize that maybe finn isn't the boy she left behind. maybe he's the boy she's falling for all over again.

And Sedna has never been known for giving anything freely. Sometimes the greatest honour is simply another word for a sacrifice.

Short story, Long journey. Uche the protagonist, beautiful, curves in the right places but quiet and down to earth. A member of her mum's family is getting married in Port Harcourt and all the way from Lagos, Uche's maternal family members that all lived in Lagos had to go on this journey together. A sentient form of dark matter has begun to invade the stars surrounding Andromeda, and it's affecting the nymphs whose souls reside there. Celeste, cool, calm, and collected, oversees the safety of the planet. Marina, intuitive, emotional, and decisive, purifies any darkness found on the surface. Cenere, uncertain and timid, yet fiercely protective, captures the cause of these unfortunate spots of darkness. Daichi, arrogant, observant, and incredibly intelligent, puts together a golden team of warriors. These kids are ready to stop at nothing to protect the planet they've just grown to love. Based loosely on the lore of western zodiac, the twelve signs guide and lead the guardians through their new jobs, giving advice and lending a helping hand. With their help, and with the tenacity of the young guardians, Andromeda is bound to be in good hands.
